Lucas at 11 months May 25 to June 23, 2009
In the final month before turning 1 Lucas seemed so close to walking but continued to fake us out every time and crawl around instead. Even on all fours he still manages to keep us pretty busy climbing up things or into his toy box. His vocabulary has expanded to include bird, ball, bear and the current favorite, shoe. Shoes are bug fun, especially papa's slippers which he always tries to take off soon as Philip walks into the room. We also discovered his love of sheets & blankets. He lays down and gives a snuggle whenever he comes across one. Lucas has no problem letting is grumpy side show, but mostly he remains a happy little guy.
